My beautiful girlfriend, Lisa, and I decided to hike up Sleeping Giant in Hamden on one of her vacation days last week. What great weather! We came across a rock monster, vultures, and a mini castle-- it was quite an adventure. We came away from it unscathed and were even able to enjoy P+J sandwiches at the top. Is there a better way to enjoy the middle of a day?

Arciuolo Business Portrait
What does a wedding photographer do in the slower season? One thing he does is take portraits for local businesses. Meet Matthew Arciuolo, owner of Arciuolo's Shoe Store in Milford. Matthew and family have been in business for years. If you are having foot issues, I'm sure he can find the right shoe for you. The portrait session was a lot of fun. In addition to the business headshot of Matthew, we took a nice group portrait of three of the employees plus a fun one of the Arciuolos (mustaches not Photoshopped) and a more natural portrait of the two.

2010 Excitement
I am excited about the rapidly approaching 2010 weddings! There are already more TFP weddings scheduled than 2009, but some Saturdays and many Fridays/Sundays (including 10/10/10) are still available. The blog will have a slightly different look. *Suspense building.* I am blessed to have such great clients! I look forward to sharing the first day of the rest of their lives.
